- After graduating from a science and engineering university, he worked as an engineer building servers for web and email at a company that runs a cram school.

- There, he worked on tasks such as building the company's internal systems and creating a database for managing students.

- Development of mobile phone applications such as schedule management and games.
- 2008
- A company that supports the lives of people with hearing impairments (hearing-impaired people, deaf people, elderly people, etc.), engaged in the import and sale of welfare equipment for the hearing impaired.
- 2012
- While working in sales at the company, he led the development of a new system as a project leader for building a system to support the lives of the hearing impaired and developing a smartphone app for the hearing impaired. The system he developed was approved as a welfare device by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and has been widely introduced in universities, hospitals, welfare facilities, etc. He has also appeared on news programs and given many lectures on the development of the system. He also works as a lecturer to promote understanding of the hearing impaired for staff in the disability welfare departments of local governments across the country.

- The founder, who has a complex inner world as a man who identifies as a woman despite being a man by law, and who dresses and behaves in a masculine manner, began working to eliminate the discomfort and harassment he felt in everyday life. While expressing his true self through hormone therapy and other methods and living as himself, he is currently also active in promoting understanding of LGBTQ+, preventing harassment, and providing counseling to help LGBTQ+ people who are experiencing similar problems, particularly by using sign language interpretation to support hearing-impaired people with LGBTQ+ issues.

- In order to make the above activities more widespread, Total Deaf Support Co., Ltd. was established, and is currently engaged in activities such as providing learning opportunities to help hearing impaired people play an even greater role in society, selling products, and providing guidance, lectures, and counseling to LGBTQ+ people, as well as those who work with them.
